During the visit, clients will be able to analyse and taste each of the grapes directly from the vines and identify the differences in their acidity, sweetness, maturity time, harvest time, among other aspects, which will make their visit unique, since The whole process will be explained to them from the time the grapes are harvested until the wine is bottled.

Then they will go through the winery where each of the stages of the production process will be explained to them, from the crushing of the grapes, to the fermentation process and later filtering and bottling.

After this we will taste the following wines: Encierra Vineyard Reserve, Encierra Carmenere and Rosé
