What you can expect

Step inside the Tistarelli Oil Mill, a family-run Tuscan mill producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil since the 1960s.

Explore the mill, discover how olive pressing techniques have evolved, and learn how high-quality EVO oil is made. Then enjoy a guided tasting paired with selected Tuscan specialities, including cured meats, cheeses, local wines, and traditional pastries.

From mid-October to mid-December, experience the olive harvest season, when the mill comes alive with the aroma of freshly pressed oil and the vibrant atmosphere of local growers.
