Choose your preferred lesson time and we’ll meet at Marea Surf School.

We’ll pick your surfboard, leash, and rash guard.

From there, we’ll take a short walk to the beach (in front of the fishing boats.) The sand-bottom makes learning fun and safe, with plenty of space to practice.

The lesson begins with on-beach instruction, covering basics like paddling, positioning, and catching waves. Then, we spend the rest of the time in the water, where our experienced instructors provide hands-on guidance, helping you stand up, ride waves, and build confidence. The total duration of the lesson is 90-minutes

Our lessons are great for beginners and those who looking to improve their skills, focusing on fun, safety, and personal progress. By the end, you’ll have caught your first waves, and improved your technique significantly, while enjoying the beauty and energy of Sayulita’s surf scene!
