Aldo was our driver and Guide. Although very unique he’s extremely energetic and entertaining. However perhaps a little too much for some clients. I fall under the too much category. Aldo loves music. Nothing wrong with that. Except being a black man from America where racism is strong you probably shouldn’t be singing songs with the “N” word in it. In fairness I don’t believe for a second Aldo was trying to be offensive or racist but it certainly led to us being very uncomfortable. The real reason I ended the trip after only 2 hours was because of his driving. Aldo whips the corners of these tiny streets as if he’s preparing for a Formula One race championship. Probably the reason why the check engine light is on in his vehicle. Feeling every bump he hit as he playfully (I think) yelled out the window at others who dare get in is way was enough for me to end the trip at the first stop in Sorrento. I ended up hiring someone else and finished the tour on my own terms. In closing I want to be clear.. I don’t think Aldo is a bad guy. I think he loves his job and loves his country and community. Aldo is socially unaware but I can honestly handle that. My breaking point was truly something under his control…. MY SAFETY!! Driving wildly is a little much. It takes a lot for me to tap out and Aldo now holds the record in my international travels for this. Please ask Aldo to give greater care to tourists that trust Viator as a reputable travel source for activities when providing his services. Please coach Aldo but do not remove him from his position. He’s passionate and that’s ok. He’s different and that’s ok. He has stories about his community and that’s ok. But driving recklessly doesn’t make sense.

Very well paced. Its seemed like we visited every town, even Raffello which was up higher in the mountains. And the scenic view above Positano were fabulous. And the views of Vesuvius leaving and returning to Naples were fantastic,. Comfortable ride and pick-up at a central hotel. Guide and driver were so nice. And they played great Italian music along the way. We had 8 people on our 8 hour tour. Alexandro was very nice and knowledgable, with great wit and humor. Sara, our expert female driver, navigated through narrow roads with great ability and safety. Incredible value at #155 per psrson. I would have paid twice that for the experience.

Serena and Dario were amazing! The trip was fantastic. Enough to give you a bite of each stop to entice you to come back for more. I had a fantastic time and would recommend to everyone! Additionally, my partner got sick on our scheduled day and the operating team graciously moved us to the next day with no fuss. Overall great experience!

Let me get the only disappointment with this tour out of the way first. We didn't get to visit Positano but did get to stop in a couple of spots near there to get some great photos. We did get to see Sorrento, Amalfi and Ravello and they were exactly what you would imagine small Italian villages to be like. But the most enjoyable part of the day was the strategic stops along the coastal road to take photos. On one stop we got to take photos from the beach of all of the mountains and on other stops we were up very high and got breathtaking views of the coast. If you want great pictures make sure to get a window seat on the right side of the bus. If you don't like heights and looking over a small wall at shear drops off a cliff while large buses play chicken on a narrow winding road an interior seat on the left side of the bus would be best for you

Guiseppi and Rosario made a good team for our tour. They both had a sense of humour and Guiseppi was very knowledgeable. Our only issue was the pick up time. My partner and I are punctual people and we ensured that we were at the pickup point well in advance for a start of 8am….at 8:30am we were still collecting people. We had a very enjoyable day despite the delayed start.
