A journey through the history of Antonelli to appreciate the evolutionary capacity of our indigenous grape variety. Includes cellar tours and bruschetta with our EVO oil. Possibility to add: a tagliere with cured meats from our semi-wild pig farm and local cheeses, Antonelli prosciutto cured for 30 months with torta al testo, focaccia stuffed with semi-dried tomatoes and local caciotta, or with our cured meats and local caciotta.
