What you can expect

Start your tour at Zhinvali Water Reservoir on the Georgian Military Highway. Learn the history of this Soviet dam, constructed in the 1980s.
Then, arrive at the Ananuri Fortress and discover the intriguing plots of this feudal dynasty that ruled the area from the 13th century — ideal for landscape photography.
After the fortress, have lunch in Pasanauri, the homeland of the most famous traditional Georgian food, Khinkali. Taste the most local mountain dishes in a traditional Georgian restaurant.
Visit Gudauri, where you can present and taste different varieties of natural alpine honey. In mountain fields, you can taste different flowers and plants from the slopes of the mountains in this delicious locally-produced honey.
Admire the Friendship Monument of Georgian and Russian people in Gudauri. It is a large, round stone arch and concrete structure overlooking the Devil's Valley in the Caucasus mountains. We can try Glintwine and have some free time for mountain activities like Quadro cycles and snowmobiles.
Then, arrive at Kazbegi and explore one of the most beautiful places in Georgia: Gergeti Trinity Church. The church is located under Kazbegi Mountain, 2170 metres above sea level, and offers spectacular panoramic views of the entire valley. Enjoy the serene natural beauty of this isolated marvel.

It was a really great experience! Our guide Schotti was also really good and funny and knows a lot of facts! The only thing I would have wished for is a bit more time at the monastery in Kazbegi, 30 minutes was too little to enjoy that stunning view :)

Nice trip in majestic landscape. Unfortunately ridicolous driving making the hours in the bus uncomfortable just to save some minutes.

Ana was the most wonderful, kind, and knowledgable tour guide! Wishing her lots of success and it was a pleasure visiting the beautiful Kazbegi mountains. Would love to visit again! The transportation was great as well.

Ana is a kind and highly knowledgeable tour guide, and she deserves much appreciation for her work. However, the driver, Omar, gave the impression of being overly tired and inexperienced, as he drove in an extremely dangerous manner, putting us in life-threatening situations multiple times during the trip. The vehicle, a Mercedes Sprinter, was uncomfortable and had poor suspension, which made our journey quite unpleasant—especially compared to our previous experiences with similar vehicles. We're aware of the local road conditions, having traveled in the same region just a few days earlier in a similar van, but that ride was much smoother and more comfortable. There wasn't enough time for all attractions: only 35 min for the Friendship Memorial in Gudauri, and only 33 min for Gergeti Trinity Church. I want to emphasize this especially considering that we arrived back one hour earlier than scheduled. The horse riding or quad biking were not even offered to us.
