    • Gaisberg 32, 5026 Salzburg, Austria | The meeting point is simply the busstop at the top of Gaisberg (line 151). There is also a little mountain restaurant just behind called the Goasnalm. It's totally fine when we meet inside there. If really needed a pickup in the city centre is also possible.

What you can expect

At the top of Gaisberg (1288m) there are two restaurants en nice hiking paths. To paragliders it is one of the most amazing flying spots in Austria. And you can fly too! Hajo Smit and his vip-paragliding.com team take you along and offer you a dreamy experience you will never ever forget.

From the centre of Salzburg (Mirabell Platz) you can take busline 151 straight to the top of Gaisberg. People in your group who don't fly should come up to to enjoy the view. And make video when we fly. When you arrive… you can have a drink and look around but then within 15 minutes you wilbe fully ready to take off under the guidance of your tandem pilot. Then you soar and you won't believe your eyes how beautiful it is.

Wind stronger wind after 20-30 minutes flying we can land back on the top. Or we go down to one of the lower landing sites. From there you can go back up to the top with the bus of taxi or go back to the city by bus or taxi.

Start and landing and some flight highlights are taken on video using a GoPro on a selfie stick. During the flight we take additional photo's. After the flight this is all copied to your mobile phone. It is unimaginable that you wouldn't want photo and video as a memory. So it's included in the price. Additionally and for free, we offer a solution that you canb safely take some images with your own phone.

This is the absolute best activity you MUST do. Tom was such a great instructor. He made me feel safe and confident. This was my first time doing paragliding and I am nervous with heights but it was the BEST experience. I will definitely be doing this again in the future

I had an amazing experience paragliding!! The company was great at communicating and accommodating my needs. The flight was breathtaking and the amount of knowledge and expertise that the guides have does not go unnoticed. They made sure I always felt safe and comfortable. The views were incredible and overall it was a wonderful experience!

Such an awesome family adventure! Hajo and Dominica were super friendly and social, and they made our whole family feel so comfortable with this experience. My husband was nervous and ended up absolutely loving it and wanting to do it again! We did this in the winter so it was cold, but if you dress warm you will be fine! The weather was still great and you could see for miles! They provide goggles and helmets too for you. I would highly recommend this if you’re looking for some adventure and an adrenaline rush!
