Overview

The tour offers an immersion in local history through products deeply rooted in the identity of the area: walnut, sotol and wine. Join us to learn how they are made, what their legacy is, and why they represent the essence of the real Parras.
We will visit a Sotolera where we will discover the process of making sotol, traditional spirit drink from the states of Coahuila, Chihuahua and Durango. This place was born as an attempt to return to the origin, arises from the yearning of the elderly for the flavours of yesteryear, each distilled drop is the attempt to keep the traditions alive.
We will also meet a small Nut Workshop.
We will enter the countryside of Paris to marvel at the endless blue skies and large expanses of vineyards, and hopefully spot one or another native bird of the region. We will tour a small and modern winery where we can learn about the process of wine creation

Very close to here we will walk to the small Nut Workshop where we will familiarise ourselves with the treatment behind the nut (in its last phase), we will meet the people in this trade and what its work is like. In this place we can purchase walnuts in their different presentations
