The experience will take place together with Lucia, guardian of this tradition and member of the historic local festival dedicated to cudduruni. Through its stories you will discover the history and the link between this product and the territory. After an initial demonstration, you will begin the practical part by rolling out the dough already risen according to the traditional technique. You will stuff it with fresh ingredients, discovering flavours and rituals of Sicilian cuisine. The most special moment will be cooking in the traditional wood-burning oven, which will give the cudduruni its intense scent and authentic flavour of the kitchen of yesteryear.
