We didn't know what to expect since we never took that type of private transfert/tour before. We chose this one based on value and possibility to choose the cities for the stops. We went quite mainstream with pretty classical stops (Óbidos, Nazaré and Coimbra) but I understand Philipe has hidden gems to propose if you wish. Philipe guided us through the three locations we chose, we stayed about one hour in each location, no rush, we had all the time we needed. We even had an extra stop which was totally worth it. We stopped for lunch and paid for the three of us, I understand this was expected (we tried suckling pig, which was ok I guess but it will be a one time deal for us). We left Lisbon at 9 am and arrived in Porto around 7 pm. Overall a great day, a bit intimidating concept at first but we eventually felt more at ease. Thanks Philipe!

Filipe arrived on time at 9am and we arrived in Porto at 7pm. Car was nice and clean with room for our luggage. Communications were great through the entire process. We went to several places and Filipe stayed with us the entire time as both a driver and a guide. He took us to eat suckling pig which my husband liked and I did not but it was great experience. I paid for the lunch for 3 of us and it was 70 euros. He also has a fish place that you can select. We had a great time and he was an excellent guide. The only recommendation would be to skip the town with the boat ride. Boat ride was not worth it and was very touristy. The town was not that great compared to the others. It was more of a modern town than the other towns visited. The name of the boat town started with an A. Otherwise, it was great tour and a nice way to travel between Porto and Lisbon. Highly recommend!

Filipe is an excellent guide. Our private tour was exceptional. On top of his stellar tour skills - he is also a top notch photographer. We visited many.hidden areas between Porto and Lisbon. No tourist crowds. Amazing ruins and castles. I would highly recommend Filipe for tours. I wish we booked him for a wine tour in the Duoro valley as his wine knowledge is broad. Wonderful day and thank you Filipe, for making our day so special.

It was great that we could stop off and spend some time along the way on our trip from Porto to Sintra. We really enjoyed seeing Nazare. We could not have done this in one day if we had used public transport and it added to our experience that our guide could share his personal experience of Nazare with us. It was also very convenient that our guide/driver could drop us right at our accommodation in Sintra, rather than us having to travel from Lisbon by train ourselves.
