The experience begins with a guided tour of the rows, where you will learn the secrets of viticulture and agronomic management. Afterwards, you will visit our aging cellar, a moment dedicated to discovering the techniques of maturation and the value of the terroir. Tasting of CRU wines : During lunch, you can taste three top labels of our production, carefully selected (wines may change depending on availability) "USTA" Rosato IGT : a fresh, vibrant and aromatic rosé, perfect to start. "HERMETE" Rosso di Montepulciano DOC. "TIZZO" Toscana IGT: an intense and structured red, authentic expression of the territory. "ERMETE" Death of a Vigneron ROSSO DI MONTEPULCIANO DOC. A special vintage, a limited edition (1500 bottles produced). Tradition meets research and luck, a Rosso di Montepulciano with an ageing 4 times longer than usual, the result of the 2022 vintage. This experience is designed for those who love good wine, good food and the simple beauty of the Tuscan countryside. A journey into the flavors, culture and traditions of a unique land.
