Activity itinerary

The Wet & Wild Elaho Exhilarator rafting trip is one of our most popular rafting adventures, and for good reason. Our talented team of professional river guides will teach you the skills necessary to ride big waves and catch air as you navigate down the Class 3-4 Elaho and Squamish Rivers. Your courage will be tested as you travel through the infamous “Devil’s Elbow” section of the rapids, as seen on TV’s famous Eco-Challenge Adventure Race. Depending on the water levels, you’ll also be able to swim through some small rapids and enjoy a few laughs as your crewmates scramble to stay on board. Along with some of North America’s most exhilarating rapids, your river journey will take you through approximately 10 miles of British Columbia’s most inspiring wilderness. Take time to appreciate your surroundings and enjoy the world-class scenery including old growth forests, dormant volcanoes, towering glaciers, and stunning waterfalls that cascade hundreds of feet towards the river. If you’re really lucky you’ll get a glimpse of the local deer, beavers and bears which often stop by the river’s edge.

All of the guides were friendly, fun, and clear about what was going to happen and how to do it safely. The time on the river was amazing, views were spectacular, and everything went smoothly thanks to Sean’s instructions. I will say, it is a long day, from hotel and back was about 8 hrs so bring snacks and be prepared! Worth it.

Great trip! Lucas was an excellent guide; kept it fun yet interesting. Rapids were enough to keep this 2nd time rafter challenged, interspersed with enough calm to enjoy the amazing scenery (saw two bald eagles!).

Just a wonderful day. To do this with my girls was up there with anything I’ve ever done. Phillipé was so good and made it easy for them to trust him. If you want to make memories, this is very much recommended. Thank you to the whole team.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Would’ve gone straight back to do it again if we could’ve. Gabe was an excellent raft guide and Sue who drove us up there and back and took photos was brilliant - she made our day.

Our guide Lucas was great. And all the stuff were cordial and efficient as well. There was a bit of confusion on the time spent on the bus which left most people with a worried look when we all heard 15min and it was really 50min. The timeline was unclear as well as my understanding was 9am-12pm and it ended just before 3pm. I didn’t mind more time rafting but much of the door was spend floating down a lazy river type flow as there were only 4 or 5 rapid sections. I don’t think there were any class 4 rapids unfortunately. I was looking for more of an adrenaline trip which this was not. Wish the tour company would be more clear on expectations of the trip.

We had a great day on the river. I hadn't done my research properly to understand the meet point, but we messaged the company and they responded very quickly adding arranging a pick up location at short notice (48 hours). The day was well organised and the multi-national team of staff were very clear about what we needed to do and what would happen next. They managed to strike a balance between being friendly, but not overly familiar. All four of us (including my two teenage children) really enjoyed their time on the river - which was flowing high due to the warm weather which resulted in additional ice cap melt. From the base (where the boats are stored and the changing facilities are), there was an hour bus ride to water entry. We were on the water for almost 3 hours (including a short break for a drink and snack). Then a bus ride back to base, where we could view pictures and the Go Pro video footage from our boat. All of which were available for sale at a reasonable price. FANTASTIC DAY :-)
