Unfortunately the address listed was confusing when we got our uber. If you are in Cabo there are 2 addresses that are almost identical and we picked the wrong one causing us to be 1-hour late. I tried to call the tour operator a few times and he was just so rude and little to no help. Once we got to the location the gate was shut and the tour operators saw our family of 8 and finally came to the door after staring at us for a few minutes. I asked if he could please extend the hour because we paid so much money and he rudely said no. We got on the boat and the tour operator gave us to little to no information about what we were seeing. We brought our own small bottle of tequila which ran out because there were 4 adults. When I asked the tour operator for some of the alcohol included that we paid for he said they didn’t have any then a hour later tells us he can make us a drink. The tour operator and the assistant were both drinking a beer. So not safe or professional at all. Below deck was so dirty and smelled so bad. The toilet flush pedal after 2 flushes broke. For the cost of this I do not recommend this. I travel a lot and use Viator each time and I have never experienced this before. So disappointed
