What you can expect

  • The history of the winery and the various stages of grape processing in the different production rooms will be explained. The different types of ageing will be explained and a visit to the historic vinsantaia (wine cellar) will be included. At the end of the visit, there will be a guided tasting of 3 wines (1 IGT, 1 Chianti Rufina DOCG, 1 Chianti Rufina Riserva DOCG). The tasting will be accompanied by a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses prepared just before. During the tasting, our EVO oil will be served to complete the experience.
