The hospitality and location were fantastic! With a warm welcome and an abundance of attention, I was welcomed with kindness and plenty of resources to determine how to spend my limited time in Yas! With walking trails nearby to the Waterfront and a complimentary transfer to the Mall, Waterparks and other attractions - this was a wonderful place to stay. Pool was lovely as well.

Conveniently located close to the Abu Dhabi airport. It was a good hotel however we weren’t informed that the tv in the bedroom didn’t work. During our stay, we wanted to relax in the room and watch tv however we couldn’t from the bedroom. The staff was slow at communicating with us that they couldn’t fix the tv issue. Also, the water ran brown in one of the bathrooms in our room. Luckily the water in the other bathroom was fine so we just used that instead.

Breakfast was poor due to both hotels using one restaurant. It was far too busy and many things were done very poorly (No hot water left for coffee machine), food was cold at the buffet.

This is my go to hotel when I am in Abu Dhabi. The staff, the location, the ability to use the sister hotel next doors facilities and proximity to the airport makes this such an easy trip. As a solo traveller, I feel very safe.

Excellent Stay – Spotless, Friendly, and Great Bre

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The cleanliness stood out immediately—everything from the lobby to the rooms was immaculate and well maintained, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing environment. The customer service was also exceptional. Staff members were consistently warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth, and every interaction felt genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to satisfy any appetite. It was the perfect way to start the day. The only downside is that there’s no on-site restaurant service after breakfast, which might be inconvenient for some. However, the hotel has partnered with another property just a few steps away, where complimentary services are available for guests. This made the lack of in-house dining far less of an issue. Overall, an excellent hotel for travelers who value cleanliness, top-notch service, and a great start to the morning!
