Hey Saskia, vielen Dank, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast deinen Aufenthalt bei uns in der Ruby Lissi zu bewerten. Unsere Hotels eröffnen wir oft in bereits existierenden Gebäuden, die wir dann mit innovativen Ideen in ein Hotel verwandeln. Durch die einzigartige Architektur der Häuser kann es in Einzelfällen zu abweichenden Grundrissen der Zimmerkategorien kommen. Schade, dass dein Zimmer deshalb etwas dunkler war. Gerne kannst du bei der nächsten Buchung im Vornherein Bescheid geben, dann können wir dir ein helleres Zimmer zuteilen. Wir möchten, dass unsere Gäste sich bei uns wohl fühlen, daher legen wir größten Wert auf Sauberkeit und Komfort. Es tut uns also sehr leid, dass du da eine andere Erfahrung machen musstest. Der Geruch ist allerdings nicht auf mangelnde Sauberkeit zurückzuführen, sondern auf das Kanalsystem. Wir haben jedoch einige Möglichkeiten, die Zimmer in kürzester Zeit wieder wohlriechend zu machen - also sprich beim nächsten Mal gerne einen unserer Hosts an, die bei jeglichen Anliegen für dich da sind.
