The updated appearances are appreciated. Staff is very courteous and helpful as well as easy to find. Our only issue would be costing of food and drink which are quite high.

Having stayed at 3 properties while I was here, I’d say this is a good option for your $. Room was clean and well appointed. Near other properties and activities. Clean and much nicer than the Luxor.

My wife and i needed a get away. It was nice to have a nice clean room to stay. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We really didnt need to go anywhere else. We had everything in hands reach. From food to shopping it was all here at the new york hotel

Check in took too long, first staff entered wrong credit card information and assigned occupied room. Had to go back to front desk to check in the second time, the second staff told me that the first staff wrote down wrong room number, it should be room #1480 instead of 1418. Overall the staff are very nice and the room is clean, drink service is very fast. We will be back and hopefully the hotel will improve the check in process.

I booked a room for my children and entered one child's name on the Expedia page (her flight was delayed), although I have other reservations in my own name. I am a Marriott Gold Elite member, showed all bookings on my Expedia app, and provided proof of charges on my credit cards. Even though the hotel staff did not allow me to check in on behalf of my daughter. The floor layout was complicated, and the elevator looked unclean. After experiencing these issues, I canceled two rooms and decided to stay at another hotel.
