The beds were very uncomfortable. Nobody likes falling into the middle of a cheap mattress. Rooms could be a lot cleaner. Had same problems at a different hotel last visit.

Hotel was very well located and designed. Very clean. Excellent staff. Great restaurants and eateries. Would give 5 stars if there was more storage in the room, a mini fridge in the room and consistently hot water (2 days we had lukewarm at best). Overall, great stay.

The room was great and housekeeping was excellent. Other than that the registration staff was rude. The kiosks didn’t work for self check in. The people at the mgm desk were rude and unfriendly. The waitresses were great. We were stuck as far away from elevator as possible. The door that joined the next room was paper thin. I could hear their alarm at 5am. We didn’t get any promo or perks. Pools were closed and still had to pay the resort fee. All in all we weren’t impressed. Won’t stay there again.
