I came to Vegas to sit in the sun enjoying the 77 degree weather, sit on a lounger and read a book. There are no options for this in February at this hotel. Mandalay Bay allowed me to use their property and pool so will book there next time. K

We stayed on the 25th floor of the Century building. We had the Stay Well 2 Queen with a view of the roller coaster. Room was very large and spacious. Bathroom was clearly dated but it worked. We noticed areas in the bathroom that lacked cleanliness, specifically around the toilet. Overall the property was good, and family friendly. We may stay again but we do like to try out different resorts.

Tub would not drain. Was on hold forever with housekeeping/maintenance and finally gave up. We had to leave and when we came back later that night it still has not drained and smelled like sewage. I was offered a $25 food credit.

Great time

Since 2019 I was saving up to go to Vegas for a Golden Knights game and after looking I chose New York New York and was very happy with the whole place. Quite easy to find when I was coming from the airport, check in was crazy easy and my room was very good. Aside from restaurants I ate at, the roller coaster was killer. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice room, nice view of the strip. Everything was good. Only annoyance was that the Mobile key which worked consistently to the door to my room did not work most times in the elevator. We got stuck on a wrong floor and had to beg security to help us get to the right floor by showing them my mobile key.
