We had a wonderful stay at NYNY and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and were always friendly and helpful. Our room was clean , comfortable which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The location is perfect, there is plenty of shopping and places to eat in NYNY and right around the area. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. We have stayed here many times but on this visit the check-in seemed like an afterthought. They have relocated the registration desk and it now has about 5 windows with 2 people manning it. I get that management is trying to get us to use the kiosks (to reduce the need for staff) but sometimes you need to talk to a human.

The room was just an average hotel room in Vegas, the ripp off is 40+ per night to park your car and then they remove the fridges in the rooms so you have no place to keep items cold at a reasonable price. This allows them to rip you off 8 - 12 dollars for beverages. Then there is the resort fees. So plan on paying at least double for what the rooms are quoted for with all their add ons and then expect to pay 4 times more at their facilities for beverages

The room was old and dingy. Caulking was worn out and black mould in the shower/ bathtub which was plugged up. The toilet handle fell off twice. We were also put on the furthest side - 5 minutes walk from the elevator and constantly had the room shaking from the roller coaster late into the night. I’d never stay at this place again.

We’ve stayed at NYNY several times over the years and have always enjoyed it. It’s busy, it’s loud, lots of food selections and quick walk to T Mobile Arena. I would say that the room could have been cleaner…a better job vacuuming and cleaning the bathroom.

Staff was great, my bed was uncomfortable due to sagging mattress on one end. You have to pay extra for a refrigerator in your room, no vent in bathroom, and no coffeemaker The casino was very smoky so if you’re not used to indoor smoking and poor ventilation, this hotel is not for you. The Nine Fine Irishmen had good food and a great band. The Greenwich Village scene was charming, and the hotel is close to other hotels with other dining and shopping options.
