They notified me in the MGM app that I received a room upgrade. But, when I arrived, they did not give it to me. I called and asked why and they said "when you arrived, it wasn't available". That made no sense to me (since they had already told me that I got the upgrade).

Nice hotel. Smells clean, looks fresh. Wish it had a fridge and microwave but i didn't think about that in advance. The lady that checked us in was amazing! I was also offered drinks at the casino machines very often! Great service!

Great hotel overall. Excellent attention to detail and convenience for outside ambiance and design/atmosphere of the hotel. Great location on the Strip. Service? House keeping is awesome! Fun restaurants inside. Guest services? Not very accommodating. Cannot bring you an extra chair to your room even when your room is missing a chair. So in a room with two queen beds there was one dining table and a small table. Also no fridge. They make you need to pay for an upgraded room to get a better experience. That’s not the end of the world until you learn that other rooms have such amenities and cost the same or less. There is a lack of customer service priority - which is too bad because there are a lot of options when you’re staying in Vegas!
