In need of modernisation. Bath has peeling enamel, bathroom small, furniture tired and rickety. Everything is dark. Reception check in staff no prize for hospitality there! She was VERY rude and dismissive to me. Self check in was not easy. Got charged Resort fees by Expedia, then paid them AGAIN at the Nugget because EXPEDIA HADNT PAID THEM! FURIOUS. an extra $206! Then to top it all we got assigned the wrong size room. Would not use again. She turned her back to me and did not want to assist

Staff was friendly & service was great. The only thing that was a surprise & upset us was when we upgraded our room at the kiosk for check in, was not only did we have to pay for the upgrade, but we also had to pay additional resort fees & kiosk fees as well for all 3 days we were there.
