The room itself was okay, but I requested accommodation for three people and was only given a room for two. The person who checked me in had a very bad attitude. I had to sleep on the floor. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I got sick twice during my stay. I am not happy with this experience. I had a reservation for three nights, but I left after the first night.

We loved our stay at the Bellagio, the hotel is grand, the Christmas decorations were amazing and the staff were friendly and the view if the fountain was stunning. The only thing that we would say could be improved is the evening room service as the food was below par for the price you pay. However we would stay again but just eat out.
