I didn't like the buffet. The cleaning lady told us to leave at 8:30 so she could clean up, and it's time for her to go home. We came in at 7:15 pm for dinner, and the food was terrible.

Our recent stay at the Bellagio Hotel on June 8, 2025, was profoundly disappointing. We had booked two king rooms on February 16, specifically requesting and reconfirming connecting rooms for our family of five. Upon arrival shortly after noon, we were told the rooms were not ready but would be available within 1–2 hours. We left our bags and toured the city, only to return over five hours later and find the rooms still unavailable—well past the 3 PM check-in time. What made matters worse was the dismissive and unprofessional behavior from the hotel manager. He offered no clear answers, showed no urgency, and even refused our request to use just one room temporarily to get refreshed before our daughter’s graduation dinner. When we asked about an upgrade or alternative solution, one manager messaged another with a note that read “no way”—a shocking display of arrogance. While we were given a small food and drink credit, it did not come close to compensating for the disruption, stress, and poor treatment. For a hotel with Bellagio’s reputation, the lack of accountability and basic hospitality was unacceptable. What should have been a special celebration turned into a frustrating experience we will not soon forget.
