This was my first time visiting Ceasar's Palace and i felt my experience was fairly good. I used the self-check in kiosk and found the process fairly easy. However, it would have been nice to receive a notification that my room wasnt ready at the check-in time, 4:00. At 4:30, after no indication my room was ready, I had to go to the front desk to get information on why the room was not ready.

Couldn't get room we booked and paid for. Room was dirty. Previous occupants half drunk and half eaten minibar was littered throughout the room. Previous occupants robes, slippers and bathroom soap remained. Bed sheets not changed from previous occupant. Absolutely horrid experience, hard no for anyone considering

We stay here EVERY year, this year I was actually a bit disappointed, we didn’t get the room we booked on the website, the curtains were broken and wouldn’t close, we had to make 2 different calls to get them fixed and they still weren’t fixed, the carpet between the beds was soaking wet ( I hope it was someones drink and nothing else) as well as the carpet was shredding with string floating around, we found pieces of popped balloons in our room, the sink stopper didn’t work and we had to take it out in order for the sink to drain. The elevator was crazy, it was making some crazy noises, people on the elevator with me were making comments as well *that doesn’t sound safe* ….. it’s never been like this before, I’m not sure what happened this go around

So much info came in "messages", too much. Some how I missed the part that if I park in their garage I need to tell them when I check in? I was subject to a $35 parking toll instead of $20. You have to buy your own coffee in the room now, $24.92 (I would have brought my own). And if you arrive early, you can get into your room for an additional $39.68. Really??? I want to know what I'm paying for in advance.

This is the first time I have stayed at Caesars. The only negative was the quality of food at the food court (Bobby's Burgers). TERRIBLE. All four people in my group found it almost inedible.

Ridiculous, never stay there again

$8 for a bottle of water, keurig machine in room, but no keurigcups. I think they had a pack of 4 at the mini bar for $15. $25 for a simple cocktail!! Bring your own everything unless you just love to waste money. I have plenty of money, but I still don’t appreciate being ripped off

Everything about cesars palace was amazing the room the hotel the shipping the casino the garth brooks concert!! The staff was very helpful and nice. The shuttle option was amazing. Overall a really good time.
