Cesar’s is a classic. For the price of an upgraded room though, it wasn’t updated as I would have expected and their toilet paper is terrible. Great selection of food and shopping on site.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very nice and extremely clean. The entire casino - hotel area was clean and nicely decorated. The Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill was very nice. However, housekeeping staff need to ensure there are at least two bath towels at all times in the room. We realized too late to call and have one delivered that there was only one bath towel for two of us. They also need to do a much better job of sealing their shower doors. There were gaps of an eighth to a quarter of an inch around the door, so of course there was water on the floor when we got out. Check-in was a nightmare because Rideshare drops you off at a spot that is clear across the hotel from the check-in. Why aren't there several check-ins around the hotel? We also found out after we had physically checked out (which is very 20th century, come on, get with the times), that there were check-out kiosks. Those need to be on the signage or somehow communicated during check-in. The signage was average and could definitely be improved. All in all, Caesars Palace has nice rooms, but everything else about it was an imperial pain in the ass.

The staff was really nice checking in. Downstairs was beautiful and clean. The room was rundown though? Carpet was very dirty and worn-out, cove base by the bathroom door was broken and very poorly fixed. Part was laying on the floor when i walked in the first time. Sink dripped the entire time also. There was a condom wrapper in the desk drawer as well. Overall ,for the amount of money i spent on a upgraded room I was disappointed.

Beautiful resort and central to the strip but way too busy and EVERYTHING costs. If you cant be a high roller Caesars may not be the place. We dont spend a ton of money on gambling and had better experiences with hospitality at Planet Hollywood and Luxor

Disappointed

They didn’t give us the upgraded room that we paid for. We paid for a deluxe room with a king size bed with a pool view. They gave us a standard room, queen beds, with a view of the street. We called the front desk and spoke with multiple staff members. Nothing was done to render the situation. Supposedly management would call us, but they never did. The room wasn’t terrible, but it was a disappointment. We are locals and don’t get to have many staycations due to childcare. Do better Caesar’s Palace.
