Won’t be staying at Cesar’s ever again. Booked my room like five months in advance, paid an arm and a leg, and still was put in a room with a view of a wall, a wall! The remote did not work upon check-in, was charged over $100 for parking, waited 30 minutes this morning in the cashier‘s line just to cash in a $500 chip. I had stayed at the Mirage for the last 30 years, was looking for a new place to call home in Vegas on the strip for my 3 to 4 visits per year, that place will not be Caesar’s Palace. Overpriced overrated, and over it.

Disappointing that it wasn't better, its Cesar's Palace! There was no good word "Bible" in the side table. In a three (3) day stay the room was made up once (1!) The bed was horrible, we used the cushions from the couch to fill in the holes so we could sleep. The TV didn't work the AM we were checking out nor the Wi-Fi, I'm guessing they just wanted you out of there so the could suck the $$ out of the next visitor! Very disappointing, we wont stay again. We will support "Local" in the future. Ohh and keep your money in your pocket, because they dont pay!

I enjoyed staying there because the property is pretty centrally located on the strip. In walking distance to everything. Not far from the Sphere which is a must see location. I did have quite a lot of problems with the housekeeping of my room. Wasn't very clean. I had to go across the street to buy soap because it was impossible to get it from the hotel which is very strange. Good gambling. Decent pool. However Vegas was surprisingly not very busy. You can see how the tourist industry has tapered off. Definitely I would visit and use Caesars again and maybe my experience was a one-off but it still was disappointing.

Missing common items included in less expensive ..

EVERYTHING at Caesars Palace costs more than you think and you need to pay for EVERYTHING. Our $62 nightly "resort fee" on top of a $400+ per night room didn't include amenity kit (Q-tips, toothbrush, etc.). The food court doesn't provide cups for drinking water, so bring your own refillable cup. The cheapest bottle of water is $8. The staff is nice, and the room OK (including comfortable pillows). It is just crazy expensive and doesn't really reflect hospitality. Next year, we'll look for another property, off the Strip, that is more reasonably priced. Being on the strip wasn't really worth the expense.

Sad state of what was once a nice property

I was shocked at the condition of this hotel. Our room had dried vomit on the wall, a broken sink stopper, a shower door that wouldn’t open without tremendous force, the AC wasn’t working property, patched carpet, damaged walls and more. Homeless wandering the property and staff ignored them digging in the trash by the pool entrance. It was a total disappointment from stays years prior.
