Starbucks was convenient and excellent, even though my order was nearly double of what I pay in Philadelphia. The spa was very good, as was their staff, even though it was somewhat disjointed due to construction. The hotel staff immediately offered to upgrade our room at check-in and gave us a gorgeous, spacious suite!
