Great hotel, bad customer service

10 for the Pools - You can use Venetian pools as well, so there’s a different pool flavor for everyone depending on the vibe you want. $25 Pina Colada is pricey, but the wifey and I both thought it’s the most delicious ever, and strong. 9 for the Room (Luxury King) - Bathroom is excellent. TV is solid (has Netflix & YouTube). The safe is stupid though, shaped like a bathroom medicine cabinet (tall, not deep) so you have to stack your valuables on top of each other. 4 for location - it’s a 20-30 minute walk to get to the heart of the strip, and where all the food options we were interested in are, so we had to take more Uber’s than I wanted. About $10 one way to the Bellagio or Cosmopolitan. Sadly, 2 for customer service - I told them we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and they surprisingly did NOTHING for us. Not only that, they gave us perhaps the room with the worst view in the hotel. We checked in at 2:53pm, so you can’t tell me this was all that was available. In summary… while the hotel itself is great, customer service and location are the reasons why I will stay somewhere else next time. Bellagio / Cosmopolitan location seems perfect to me.

Initially we had difficulty finding our room. Bronze lettering on a bronze background in the hallways was difficult to read. Close to the Sphere, but still too much walking involved. Staff seemed to NOT know the best way for handicapped to get there. We loved the Prestige option.

We decided to splurge and stay at the Palazzo for our girls trip. When we checked in we even upgraded our room ($85 extra per night) to have a view of the Sphere. We had to stand right in front of the window and look to the left to even see it. Definatly not worth an extra $85 a night!! The toilet room was very dirty, I don’t think the baseboards had ever been cleaned and also the toilet was dirty also. I’m my opinion it’s a nice place to visit but I will never stay there again.

Our room at the Palazzo was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, but I was surprised that there wasn’t a single USB charging outlet in the room. There was also no coffee maker, which most hotels offer.
