The Palazzo at The Venetian offers 2854 accommodations with minibars and safes. Beds feature premium bedding. 42-inch LCD televisions come with premium cable channels and pay movies.

I love the room setup. However, on this stay I was in a room that may not have been updated yet. The curtains on the sides of the beds were missing. Not necessary but in a lovely room it looked awful. We didn't get our room serviced on the last night. Had to call for TP and towels. We made sure our do not disturb sign was not out. In the morning we told the gal we were leaving in 15min. We were gone for 4 hours, no service. We left again in the afternoon and didn't return until late evening, no service.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! We could have spent several days just enjoying all the options at the resort, without ever having a need to venture out. We were a little frustrated with the lack of communication from the check-in staff. We asked how we utilize the VIP drink credit and were told that everything is all in the brochure, as it was handed to us with our room keys. The brochure made no mention of the credits. Spoke with several staff who told us there is no credit, only to find out at checkout that the drink credit needed to be used at Bar Luca and billed to our room. Then it would be refunded within a few days of checkout. The lack of clarity and information resulted in us losing our VIP perk.
