Was told that our packed breakfast would be ready at 3:30am but we had to wait 15min for the person at desk to pack it up and when it came was yougurt and juice both over 100 ml which we couldn’t take though security and cornflakes with no milk ??? and two pieces of fruit this needs a rethink for people getting an early flight

I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and feel like the service and overall experience has gotten progressively worse. The rooms and common areas feel grotty, and the food at the restaurant is overpriced and subpar. The main selling point of the hotel, the free shuttle service, is now a sham. You used to be able to book your slot, but now it’s a free-for-all. I waited 20 mins with dozens of other people and no shuttles turned up. I had to walk to the terminal. I won’t be booking this hotel again.
