This is a hotel i have used several times pre holiday since it was the bewsley and since changing to clayton.sadly for me it is now a bit hit and miss.The pluses are reception was efficient and friendly the hotel is always clean and the hotel is convenient for drop and go car park although car used to be kept on site which was better.The negative for us was the change to table only service in bar there are no signs to tell you this and everyone who entered sidled up to bar and in our case and others we seen weren't told for several minutes initial service was reasonable but then went downhill drinks orders were left on bar as staff disappeared or stood talking i witnessed several people going to bar to try and pick up their drinks or reorder a second drink i had planned a second but gave up and went to bar to settle up.food was nice but for an airport hotel they stop selling food in bar at 10 which seemed early to me although takeaway pizza was available or room service (which i thought expensive) .I must mention there is a vending machine but the prices will leave you shocked (10 pound for a medium size packet of munchies ) all in all a mixed visit

Easy access from airport. Early AM transportation to terminal provided. Amenities for eating excellent , and very friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable, and bathroom very clean.

Room was not cleaned we walked into a used room, the bus was booked for 5.30am we arrived at 5.30 bus had left ( check cameras) have always been loyal to this hotel 25 years, had issues before but kept coming back! No more ! the Radisson is worth the extra money , sorry !

Good hotel but overpriced food and drink!

Great hotel location, right near the airport. Free shuttle service to the terminal was very efficient and on time. Self check on arrival if required. As others have said the hotel is a little dated, which didnt really bother us although the bathroom did smell damp and fusty. However, my biggest bug bear was the price of food and drinks in this hotel! I know airport hotels are generally more expensive for food and drink than others... but £12 for a glass of wine...really?? Whilst very nice food, the prices here were also ridiculously priced. Good hotel but we wouldnt use again due to the food and drink prices!!

The hotel was very nice. Breakfast is excellent. Staff great. I requested a quiet room, was told i have been upgraded, however from 5.30 am, there was a continuous loud banging noise in our room. I got very little sleep. I was is transit and needed to sleep. This spoilt my journey. Room 386 avoid
