Pretty average

Average hotel and spa overall, room comfort and styling was the best about it. Spa changing rooms unclean, small, stifling hot and pretty grim. Spa area ok but small and busy for so many hotel and outside guests. No dressing gowns given to hotel (only people with treatments) guests which was disappointing. Breakfast had huge variety and everything tasty except sausage/bacon meat quality pretty low. Overall good and enjoyed our stay but wouldn't go back as price too high.

Nice hotel but fridge didn't work in the room.

Overall it was a nice hotel. The fridge in my room didn't work and they said there is nothing they could do about it. There needs to be a shower sign outside the pool shower. Also the jacuzzi is automatic. I'm sure to save money, but waiting is a little annoying. I didn't eat at the restaurant maybe it's good but £20 for a cheese burger seemed very steep for me.

Enjoyable stay.

Easy and quick check in. Lift access very good Comfortable room.only problem that no light near mirror for ladies to do makeup. Restaurant and food good choices and quality. Outside seating very pleasant

Mixed view!

Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were few things we was not happy with. We needed extra pillows (only one each) it took three requests to get them. On the second day I was told at the bar I had reached my limit on putting purchases to my room, I had to go to the reception & query this, as I've never had this experience as I just pay the total bill at the end of my stay. One morning at breakfast there was not enough food as there were large wedding guest groups! On the positive side, evening meals and breakfast were to a high quality, our bed room was spacious, clean and had good facilities. The gym had a good selection of equipment. Staff generally were friendly.
