Staff at the hotel was most courteous. The experience in Vegas is usually of staff with attitude in 4-5 star hotels. Not the case here, I was pleasantly surprised for their helpful ways and caring people. The grounds are beautiful and the food is great. I just wished they didn’t ask for tip on every stand while you do all the work of busing your own food, and throwing it away… but that’s everywhere anyway nowadays. Also centrally located on the strip, you can actually walk it instead of having to rely on transportation.

The room on the 21st floor was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bathroom was also clean and spacious, although there were some signs that the fixtures weren't new, such as cracks in the sink and a faucet that looked like it was about to break. The shower was fabulous. The only thing missing in the room was a refrigerator.

Great hotel, nice bed, blackout curtains, but DAMN it was hot. I put the AC down as far as it would go and it was so, so hot. I spoke to my co-worker the next morning and she said the same thing. Too bad, I wouldn't go back for that one reason.

Hotel was great, especially because it was a Non-smoking hotel. Had a fresh clean scent. Clean!! Room was good and perfect for what was needed. Comfortable bed. Nice and clean. Food court at the Hotel was also great! Would def come back.

The room was very clean and the large size of the suite was a surprise. The layout was terrific. The walk-in closet with mirror, extra refrigerator /wine bar, huge bathroom & two couches put the suite over the top for us. The bed was so comfortable and bed linens were luxurious. The room was incredible. Oh, and Best Friend restaurant is highly recommended!
