Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were not that great paid extra for a sleep well room and there was really not any difference from a regular room. Mattress was very hard. There was no mini fridge had to pay to use the safe. Did love the fact that it was smoke free.

The staff was fast, efficient and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The room could have been much cleaner. It was very dusty and there was hair in the sink upon arrival. (Not ours). The first thing done on our arrival to the room was dust.

Check in was nice and smooth, the receptionist provided us with free self parking. Room had a nice view, however we were missing the refrigerator upon arriving. I always check bedding for pests and linen was very clean, very comfortable. The hotel was beautiful full Of things to do. Cons: the casino hosts were rude and lacked a welcoming atmosphere. We played in the high limit room and one of the hostess acted annoyed the whole time. Also, the soap, shampoo, and conditioner bottles were used. I think it would be more sanitary to provide smaller bottles so that it can be changed per guest. Overall, it was a nice stay for the one day we stayed . I don’t think I would book here again if I am staying long term.
