I believe there is a newly renovated area of this hotel and a dated area. We were in building 2, room 106 which was very dated. Ugly old rug etc. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly.

This is a great property and the staff is excellent and very hardworking. They are understaffed at the Breeze but the managers are quick to figure out adapting their plan. The downfall is the wait time with young kids. The pools are terrific.

The experience i had at this establishment was not so pleasant. First of all when i arrived i had problems getting in the gate, due to me not being on the list and a little language barrier. Once front desk was contacted i was now on the list to get in. When being greeted when we walked in, then waited for about 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us being there. Then during the process i was told that there is now a parking fee of $25 per night, per car(which was listed as free parking when i booked three months in advance ), and also thst my second room was not ready . Apparently took them 2 hours after i checked in to get my second room ready(once again booked three months in asvance). Was told room would be together, but second room after i finally got it, was on the other side of the building. I asked about it and they said they did the best they could do(once again booked three months in advance). The accommodations there were zero, and i got to say the beds were hard. This is not worth the money paid, and i personally will never stay here again.

I had bad experience with this hotel! I visited this place with my family. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes, and there was a lot of hair in the bathroom floor. And there were pee marks on the sofa bed, so I couldn't use that at all!!!
