We loved our stay! Very clean, pools were great and the room was wonderful! Comfortable beds and accommodating! Our only complaint would be the pressure sales of timeshare meeting requests. We also tried to buy a Disney ticket from the counter. We were told the tickets were $30 more than we found directly on the Disney website. Im grateful we checked! When my husband suggested we check the website first, the attendant gave us some attitude. Nothing too crazy and we would return!

Worst Hotel Stay Ever

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I spent 3 out of 5 nights trying to find a return flight back home sooner than was scheduled. I cried about how I was treated. The first night my family and I checked into the hotel, the linens stored in the closet for the sofa bed were ripped and had stains on them. The linens in the main bedroom were dirty with stains and hair was on the bedding sheets, bathroom towels were torn and stained. I spoke with a staff person at the hotel desk the first day I was there and requested that the bedding be changed and I was told I would be charged $15.00 extra for the bed linens to be changed. I then asked to speak to a manager because I don’t remember seeing anywhere noted that there would be any additional fees except the $25 for parking. The hotel manager admitted that the hotel doesn’t list anywhere on their website or when you reserve a hotel room with them through a 3rd party company about charging extra fees. The bed linens were changed multiple times and each time I was still brought dirty linens including dirty towels. I took pictures of the dirty stained linens. The housekeeping staff was rude and one of them threw a bag of clean linens at my feet and walked away and never came back when I asked for the bed linens to be changed. I have never had such a horrible experience at a hotel before and gotten such very little sleep. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I was so grateful to leave there and return home.

Coverall good experience, but while I was at the airport. I noticed that left my headphones back at the hotel I called the front desk right away an explained and they were no help at ALL!! I was very disappointed in that aspect.I will not go back there again!
