We did not eat on property. We were asked several times to attend a time share presentation which we firmly declined. Our first room we were given was awful. The door had a gap in the bottom and on the hinge side that let in light, sound and bugs, could hear every drunk and loud person at all hours of the night, the carpet had gaps in it along the metal stripping so we could not even let our 16 month old grandson on the floor because even when we stepped on it we would nearly trip or have shooting pain up outlets foot and leg, the dish washer didn’t run proper cycles and never cleaned or sanitized the dishes, the closet door in the hallway was off its track, the stove was ancient. Overall the unit never should have been rented out, its was very old and rundown. Stay away from the Belle building 2 area, it’s awful. We also never received any house keeping service despite it being at 6 night stay. They finally moved us on day 4 to another unit in another building which was better but again could hear all the noise and traffic in the newer building ans it took way too long to decide to move us. I would not recommend to anyone to stay here, the experience was awful.

The room assigned to my family was very dated and dirty. My feet was black walking around the unit when I checked in. When asked to give it a clean, front desk said theres a cleaning charge and repeated a few times. The sofa bed was not ideal for sleep, it is strictly a sofa and not a bed. It would collapse when sat at the end of the sofa bed. The bed duvet/blanket provided was super thin, practically a sheet. The location of the room was super noisy from the street traffic. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was super low when i arrived, had to ask them to reload. My stay was only 3 nights so you can imagine how little was left, they did not refill for the next guests. The unit entrance door was also super worn, we need to tug hard to open and push to close the door properly. I have stayed at the resort multiple times in the past and never experienced any of the above. I am disappointed in the quality of this resort and most likely will not stay here again.

I stayed at this property. It was great. However, the villa that I stayed in was small with no balcony. The room was leaking water in the dining area and the freezer was not working. When I tried to go to the front desk and explain i was told that they are sold out and it was nothing they could do.I was treated like I was nothing and the Fast forward to the morning the front desk attendant Maria T. and Regional Manager were so helpful. They listened and saved the vacation from being ruined. I was told that another room is available and that they would call me once the room came available. Even though I never got the call and had to go back to the front desk after 5pm. The room was eventually changed.

The only thing I can say negative about this place was the food. The food was not worth the price and it was not very warm when we got it. Other than that I highly recommend to stay here and especially if you have kids. We are already planning a trip back!
