The Jacuzzi in my room was not operating. I was only there for a short stay so by the time they would have fixed it, I would have been checking out. Also the restaurant seemed to be short staffed and had limited food options for such a large resort you would think there would’ve been more.

Absolutely love this hotel! We stayed in Key West and loved having our own pool and bar area so we didn’t have to go to the main hotel area. Great stay!
