Large, well maintained property. Staff was all very helpful. Lots of pool options some being busier and more child oriented. We stayed at the villa at the back of the resort which we found more quiet and still had its own pool

Love this place especially around the Bella pool area. Only down side they have now starting charging 25 dollars a day to park on site which is recent as when we stayed in December 2024 we were not charged. Other hotels and resorts have also starting charging for parking but it needs to be clearer when booking that there is a charge and the amount you will be charged plus tax I presume.

This was an absolute treasure for a solo trip. I had no issues getting around thanks to Uber and they have public transportation the hotel had a lot of good amenities I really didn't have to leave if I didn't want to and it was very relaxing I'm definitely going to stay again

Dislikes - Checkout 10am (too early and didn’t allow later), one trash can and no housekeeping on 3 night stay (they wanted me to empty trash), bedroom door had to be propped open otherwise it kept closing, TV kept pixelizing, they had no breakfast options (only restaurant opened at 9am doesn’t work with 10am checkout - otherwise grab and go). Also they refused to accept cash - should be outlawed. Charged $25 + tax/day to self park. Hidden fee. Pleasant except for annoying sanding to prepare for painting near the pool. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

Not the best place to stay if you dont rent a car. Lots of noise of construcción on building 17,if you want to relax and sleep a bit more its impossible. Its a private property and a lovely and safe place to stay with the family.

Overall I had an amazing stay. Before staying on the property, I did not have a good opinion because of a female night audit that was kind of rude on the phone when I just asked simple questions. I work at a hotel as well, so when I heard her tone and the way she spoke, it sounded like she didn’t want to be there and it ruined my initial reaction. However, once on property, everyone was so sweet and accommodating. They helped me with check in and check out, as well as bringing me extra towels when I asked. The hotel is beautiful with multiple swimming pools. Rooms were nice and clean and they had everything you would need set up. Whenever there’s a weather issue, the hotel messaged us in a timely manner of what they need to close and when they reopened it. Staying on property actually changed my initial thoughts and I’m super glad that I booked this hotel.
