Although the resort was a litte dated, i did manage to enjoy myself with my family. Just a geads up! Things such as can openers, limited cutlery and dishes are only available upon demand. Our unit's washer and dryer was quite old and the upstairs main bathrooms shower head was leaky and sprayed water everywhere.

While the hotel was generally comfortable, our experience was significantly impacted by two major issues that affected our stay. First, the hotel advertises a complimentary shuttle service to Seaworld. However, upon arrival, the front desk informed us that this service had been cancelled a week prior. We received no notification about this change at any point before our arrival. As we had already pre-booked our Seaworld tickets and our itinerary was tightly scheduled with no flexibility, we were forced to spend over $100 on additional transportation over two days to get there. This was both an unexpected expense and an inconvenience that disrupted our plans. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in our room was extremely noisy, which severely disrupted our sleep, especially for the elderly members of our family. The constant noise made it difficult to rest properly. While the hotel may have other positive qualities, these issues significantly affected our overall experience and convenience during our trip.

Was very disappointed this time around. My family has been here around 6-7 times and this was the worst time. It's a watermark and they shut the slides of and splash pads for 2 days and also opened late and closed earlier on both. To top it off we can even go down the slide with any jewelry including earring studs. Walk up 100 flights of stairs to be turned away. Was so bad it made my kids cry. Pool was very cold and on top they have like 1000 rules. I remember going there at the beginning it was fun and the kids loved it. Now, not so much. We like the park but it's gotten some worse that we are thinking of finally making a change to another hotel/waterpark

Everything was good, but nothing was great. We have stayed at this sort of resort a few times and this one was the most underwhelming. The bar/restaurant closes really early, our room was outdated and musty, and the water park is just okay.
