The area around the property seemed unsafe. There were some loud guests entering and exiting their rooms on my floor. The hotel parking lot is adjacent to a very busy street and it seems very chaotic even at 11pm when I checked in. Other than that the front desk person was very professional and the room I requested was very neat and well maintained. The rooms do need an upgrade with regards to furnishings as they are very outdated and the mattress was too soft and you would sink into it. ( I'm 5'8" and weigh 170 lbs) so definitely there is room for improvement. The hotels location is close to many restaurants and tourist attractions but about a 30 min drive to the Disney Parks. All in all I rate it an 8 out of 10.

Very comfortable beds. Had 2 separate rooms for a reasonable price. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub which was a big part of why we chose it. Restaurants all around as well as entertainment. Excellent stay.
