The hotel was exceptionally well maintained and presented a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. Guest areas, including the rooms and common spaces, were orderly, fresh, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. The overall condition of the facility reflected consistent upkeep and professional management. The environment was comfortable and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant stay. From arrival to departure, the hotel conveyed a sense of organization, quality, and reliability. Overall, it was a well-kept property that met—and in many respects exceeded—expectations. I stayed in tower 2.

Hotel Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport: Whoever checked us in was absolutely rude and upsold us an almost $500 room and said that was the only vacancy. He would not help us change a reservation detail and I was on the phone for over 2 hours (not exaggerating) with both Expedia and another Hyatt by the Orlando Universal Studios representative until it was fixed. Overpriced and rude staff. The phone lady said that she hates it when the hotel makes the customer do the work they should be doing, so it seems they do this to a lot of guests. It was NOT full, as we were talking to one of the maids who insisted we stayed at a very slow time. So, to be in a brand new hotel in a brand new state and to be overcharged for not even a full day in a room was absolutely maddening. The Motel 6 would have been the better option in our case, however we were were staying at that one for the Disney Cruise Line bus transportation service— which, was amazing.

The door to our room had what looked like a bloodstain on it, which we thought was a bit strange. We didn't notice our first night as we got in late and were very tired. But, it was a bit off-putting. It is still a nice hotel with great staff and we plan to stay there again.
