Lovely stay, the staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel very nice. Only blip was the food experience coukd have been bettet. I had to send chips back because they were almost cold and my burger wasnt smoking hot, I'd say it was left prepared for longer than it should have. The staff rectifued this so no issues. All in all a great overnight break and I will probably go back if in the area.

The beds are amazing. Staff helpful and friendly. The siiting area in lobby with fire are so relaxing.

I like the flexibility shown and the Spa facilities should inter link with the hotel to make one payment.
