Desk service from the ladies was faultless. Alesha very helpful. Nice room, beds very comfortable. Good breakfast, only criticism was the hot water in jugs for tea not ideal. Ate in the bar, very good service and very cozy.

The room was clean and extremely comfortable. We loved the fluffy pillows which was a nice change from other places we stayed through out our stay in Ireland. Being just steps away from the airport was needed and most convenient. We will stay there again when traveling to and from Shannon in the future.

The hotel is at the airport, so to ask to rate the surrounding area is only marginally relevant. I loved that I had but 100 yards to walk to the Shannon Airport terminal. Friendly and personable staff who enjoy joking with guests.
