Stayed here many times but this time room was not cleaned properly. The shower was nasty with hair everywhere. Thank goodness I travel with my cleaning tote hooray for Clorox.

Charged me ninety dollars on my card to check in, including a large resort fee they waived for another customer and not me. My friend also told me their Starbucks was not actually Starbucks and tasted terrible and they had to throw it out. You can't reach them on the phone and they didn't reply after hours waiting to the text they told me to message them at. They also "upgraded" my room to have a Jacuzzi, but the upgrade was a room next to the pool which was incredibly loud and didn't have the couch or sitting area so kind of a wash. Comfortable bed and convenient location though and the staff was nice.

The tiles in the room was wet and was dry tiles were on top of the wet tiles. Dust all over the counters. The shower floor drain was clogged up and I call for maintenance and he came and fixed it but didn’t clean up the mess he made. I had the worst experience ever in the room.
