Love that it has water slides. I had chose a 2 bedroom for the kids bunk beds need more circulation in the room got super hot in there. They were fast to fix my fridge when it wasnt working but messed my food order up and made me wait with half the order to get cold while the fix it.

The water slides and restaurants as advertised were non existent..... no one came to change bedding or bring new towels until our last day even though we asked daily. People outside were smoking weed, and trashing the pool areas. The same trash was everywhere our entire stay. Bandaids, alcohol, food and garbage everywhere!

Not a good experience from check in to check out. Poor service when needed assistance in the room. Waited 4 hours and no one ever came with towels and bed covers for the pull out. Also, charged for car Parking that I didn't request. Was a completely painful experience to then complain at the front desk. In the end, they resolved my discomfort but I won't be back.

It was a terrible experience, the entire hotel is falling apart. The bedroom smelled like bleach, everything was falling apart and/or not working in the room. Someone outside our room was smoking marihuana and it went into the room (we have a toddler and that was unacceptable).. I would encourage Expedia to get this hotel out of the list of hotels that they recommend.

Had to change rooms due to a broken front door. The second room wasn’t as clean as the first. Pizza at the restaurant is good. This is our second stay here . Kids enjoy the pool and it was nice that it wasn’t as crowded this time of year

I just went for the weekend, Saturday to Monday and my experience was not great. First for check in it's not in the lobby, you have to go to a whole different building to do it even though there were 4 people in the registration area. The lady who did our check in had a horrible attitude wasn't great being greeted like that. The groundskeeper was great though he drove us from one building to the next and was very friendly. We were barely at the hotel but while we were out someone came in I guess to clean but the apartment wasn't clean, they just moved all of our stuff around which wasn't a great feeling, made the bed and picked up a towel. When it was time to check out we went to the building where we checked in and it was locked, the registration area was empty so I called and was transferred over 8 times until I got tired and said I'll just leave the keys with a note that we checked out, we had to be at the airport at 4am. When we approached the counter a guy came up and told us to put the keys in the drop box, he was there all a long but he was sleeping, then while we waited for our Uber he left the building and never came back. There was no guard at the parking post so anyone could just come and go whenever they want. Unfortunately my experience was horrible.
