Resort fee was different than what was said on the website parking, all additional fees. The room was dirty. Took two hours extra to check in. Was with children on the trip and a lot of marijuana smell throughout the whole facility. Definitely was not as described.

The suites were great, spacious and very clean, however staff at pool were rude, extremely over crowded in pool area, lack of additional seating, over capacity allowed. The ice machines were constantly empty, and pool sode bar and indoor restaurants were constantly out of things, and gave a lesser alternate option for same price. Example out of 2 liters offered in a package food deal compesated with with 4 tiny cups and no free refills. Bar was out of buckets but gave 2 standard cups for higher money than a liquor bucket for less. One elavator on site and hard to navigate with in strollers with one onsite elevator.

Too many kids. Terrible check in (1 staff member working front desk during spring break). Took about 2 hours just to check in and get room keys. Power went out for almost 2 hours. Lots of construction.

The suites were very nice but there are no doors or curtains to partition the living area from one of the bedrooms. 2nd bedrooms do have a door. Pool and waterpark were excellent!

This property is run down and dirty. We had bug in our room the first night- a few by the next day they were all over. Beds were uncomfortable, elevators were broken. Walls are paper thin could hear everything around us all The time. Would never stay here again. Got another hotel after the second day and bugs were worse. Not worth the money.

The hotel is very close to Disney in a convenient location. The hotel is under construction and we were not informed. The room we got was the farthest in the hotel. The maid service was deficient. Dinning options were good.

Everything was great as far as the room goes. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and good for kids and adults. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that I did not like was the food!!! I hate to say anything bad but it was horrible. It was very expensive and we had to wait in a long line. It was the worse chinese food I have ever ate. Red panda you need to be ashamed. I tried to chicken and fries by the pool and they were just as bad. Straight rip off!!!
