Noisy, they call you "bi" smokers, and the stench of marijuana was everywhere. Very bad atmosphere, the bed didn't smell good. I asked for a change of sheets and they brought them to me so I could change them; the bed wasn't the right size. The rooms and the bathroom weren't clean. There was dirt accumulated in every corner. In the pool area, someone was drowning and it turns out that they took all the guests out of the pool two hours later, which is unfair because other people are not to blame for the carelessness of others, When we arrived, we found a trolley to carry our suitcases and no one could tell me where they were available. Parking is very expensive, 29 dollars plus taxes per night is ridiculous. as if the parking lot had a red carpet We were 5 people in the room and they only gave us 2 toilet papers a day, with children and elderly people it's ridiculous. You had to beg for alms, and there weren't enough garbage bags either. I would never stay at this hotel again. They give you a bracelet to stay in the hotel and one of my girls took it off, when I went to ask for another someone very rudely told me that next time they would charge me 25 dollars each, extremely ridiculous I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Anyway, I don't recommend it to anyone. I almost forgot, it's a hotel with so many rooms that there aren't enough beds or pool chairs. We had to settle in a corner until we could find a chair almost at the time of leaving. should have another pool

Poor communication from the property, they never informed that they are under construction on one side of the property. Also, construction begins at 6:00 am, which means you will be awaken with the noise. I stayed for over 5 days and not once my room was cleaned. I had to beg for fresh towels and rags (hand towels) every day, because they wouldn’t bring it without being asked. Though, we received a $20 a day credit for the construction, it is still not sufficient since we stayed at this location for vacation and to rest. Therefore, $20 a day is irrelevant. I asked to be moved to the other side and was told they needed to check with the manager and was given such a hard time. Good luck finding parking after 7:00 pm, since it is all taken or blocked by the construction equipment. Lastly, there were few employees harassing people when you first coming asking if we have received our free gift, so when I asked; it was a scam to go sit at a presentation to sell timeshares. So, I asked what’s free and was told by these scam artists more specifically Kevin, where would I like to go so I said Universal Studios. I’m thinking a free ticket at least, he said if you book with us you’ll save $200 I asked Kevin where the free gift and he said the discounted tickets. I said no thanks, you are scamming people and are misleading. He’s got upset and ripped a piece of paper he was filling out for me and walked out. The next day he saw me and rolled his eyes at me and sucked his teeth.

I booked this hotel through Expedia for June 27–29, but when I arrived, I was told my reservation didn’t exist. Turns out, the hotel had it incorrectly booked for June 26–27 and since I “didn’t show,” they canceled it without notifying me. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful, offering zero accountability. I was already in Orlando with my family — and now stranded with no room and no support. I had to scramble and book another hotel last-minute just to have a place to sleep. I immediately contacted Expedia, who reached out to the hotel directly. The hotel admitted the mistake was on their end… and still refused to issue a refund — even though I never stayed there. Their excuse? That they could still “fix it.” Fix what? I had already been forced to rebook elsewhere because of their error and lack of service. Bottom line: They messed up, acknowledged it, and still chose to keep my money. Completely unacceptable. Poor customer service, no empathy, and zero integrity. I will never stay here again — and strongly recommend others stay far away.

To start with, out of 3 entrances you are only able to use one. You get to the front to register and are told to go to the back to the marketplace. You get registered and find that your building has an elevator that is out of order so you have to lug your luggage up to the 3rd floor by stairwell that smells like urine and has standing water. The first day housekeeping comes at 7am. We are still in bed at that time so we get no service. The second day we get housekeeping but they take all of our dirty towels and rags and leave us none. At all. After a long day at disney and coming back sweaty, sticky and drenched from the rain we couldn't even shower. We call front desk and ask for towels and rags. 30 minutes later still nothing so we call again. They finally show up with a bag. Still no rags. The 3rd day we get housekeeping at 2pm (just the time we are coming back to our room to rest) and have to wait for them to finish only to find that they still have not left any rags and only 3 towels...there were 5 of us. The pool/waterpark randomly closes down throughout the day, still no elevator or wash rags and not to mention the fridges freezer didn't get cold enough to freeze our icepack for the drive home. We picked this hotel for its location and amenities and were a bit let down especially for the price we paid for our stay.

My room was not ready at check in time. Had to wait a hour. Once room was available the room I had booked the view was not what I had booked which was the waterpark view. I got placed in the construction building with a view of construction. Charged parking and no parking available had to walk like two blocks to my room. Pool was closed and when they opened that pool was so full no room to swim. Would not book again. Was my son birthday and we had a horrible experience between waiting for room walking back n forth no parking and pool closed.

The waterpark located at this facility served its purpose for our two young girls. We also enjoyed the long pool hours... closing at 9pm. This hotel was centrally located in good distance from a lot of food options. I.e: IHOP, Seaworld etc.

We were there to celebrate my granddaughter’s birthday and it was a terrible experience. The amount of construction was an inconvenience and of course NO ONE said this hotel was under construction. Our room faced the construction it was an eye sore and noisy in the early morning. I will NEVER go to another Holiday Inn again and I won’t use this website when booking my trips

Our hotel phone never worked, the elevators rarely Worked, the side of the building we were at were under construction, the walls are thin, the toilets were in poor condition, the shower head was wobbly, the rooms weren’t cleaned daily, the lines at guest services was extremely long and slow, I had to ask 2xs for extra bedding and towels, the whole hotel needs a lot of work done to make customers happier, and the exit and entrance was confusing to drive into the hotel.
