The main pool wasn't heated so we had to go to a secondary pool that had no bar and food. The room was not equipped with the washer in and dryer even though it was listed on the reservation of having such.

The room was not clean. The shower flooded with every shower. They never cleaned my room, even though we were there for 5 days. The couch pull out mattress had blood and bugs, so we could not use it. Pillow cases and bed stuff was filthy and not changed. I would not stay here again.
