The hotel was overall really good. Had lots of food options around it, was in a safe area. Really enjoyed my stay at the Rosen inn would definitely stay again.

Disappointed after many previously positive stays

Internet access was intermittent at best. Connection kept dropping and was not reliable. We did report to the Hotel and a perceived attempt was made to resolve the wifi. Sadly it did not resolve. Bed and room was clean and comfortable. The decor and occasional furniture were very tired looking. This Hotel holds some affection for us having stayed a number of times over the last 28 years. We were only here for two nights and this may be the reason we didn’t get a great room?

The bartender at the lounge wanted to serve me a 2-day opened bottle wine and upon request for a fresh glass, he refused. We had to leave and fight traffic to find a place to eat since the bartender was unaccommodating. Two roaches, and probably more not visible. One was crawling on the desk and one was crawling on the bathroom wall. They were not palmetto bugs.

Really like the hotel, very convenient, great price and in a great location. Second time staying here, The only thing I would take away is that for some reason on the last night we seem to find baby roaches. Can’t really blame the hotel specially when you have different guests coming in and out constantly, but I will definitely step up the Pest Control Treatment!. But other than that will continue booking more nights!

I had a great stay, customer service was excellent.. They charge extra for breakfast which is kinda pricey. Before I checked out the house keeper knocked every 10mins so that she can hurry up and clean the room. She was nice but kinda irritating
