Reps at front desk were very accommodating. However had to park on other side of compound from our room. Room had no closet to hang clothes. Other guest were rude. Letting their children splash people not in pool. Shooting they with water guns. For the price, I would no recommend this place to anyone

Overall the experience was okay. First off I booked a pool side room but rented a scooter for my disabled mom who’s unable to walk upstairs. I informed the front desk that the first room they gave me was upstairs. I go back down to the front desk and inform them that I need a room downstairs which in poolside they tell me they can’t find one and that I have to take this room because there’s no other rooms available. I explained my mom is not able to climb stairs and they don’t an have elevator. We finally got our room, changed to the floor room after about 30 minutes, but we were not poolside. We were actually on a construction side where they were working on two rooms. Overall, my day was OK. I did enjoy the pool, but the waterpark was so packed by one and two year old were unable to enjoy their selves over there. We stayed at the poolside and enjoyed ourselves that way.
