Room had roaches I had to kill 4 of them. When the room was cleaned by the house keeping there were crumbs in the bed under the sheets that we did broth put there. There was also food all over the floors. And all the towels that were provided each day had someone else’s hair on them. Pool area was nice but house keeping was terrible. And they don’t even have a stand up mirror on the wall or nothing.

Room walls was thin as heck. I had two people connected to my room. I strongly didn’t like that. Pool was beautiful! They even had an dj for the pool and even put a movie up in the pool with popcorn for the kids. Very nice experience. Also they have time share people in the front that will reel u in to buy one by offering you gifts. Don’t do it. They said a hour for the presentation. I got there at 10 didn’t leave to basically 1.

Pool and water park were nice. The water was warm and the staff was friendly. The rooms were pretty small and are very old. Our toilet kept running and running throughout the length of our stay and the lights in the hotel room went out. The beds are old spring mattresses and you could feel the springs. They need to update the rooms and get new beds at least. The showers had SUPER low water pressure and the water was either super hot or like warm.

The rooms were definitely neglected I couldn’t imagine the owners of this establishment bringing their family here for a weekend get away. The interior was so ran down with multiple patch up work. In addition to it being aesthetically displeasing the water park was not open which should have been mentioned at the time of booking. Also the beds were soo uncomfortable felt like a mat on the floor and the pillows were so flat when taking a look inside the pillow case they were down right dirty. Please do more research before booking this one

The description on hotels.com family room its totally different then reality. We were told that hotel doesn't have room that we booked at all. Rooms are very poor, floor swiped but not washed. Shuttle offered on website is another scam. Goes one time a day at inconvenient time.
