I’ve been in this hotel many times and I love how close it is to everything and the service. However, the rooms need to be remodeled, especially the bathroom and kitchen areas. It is very affordable and Our room had a beautiful view of the lake. I would definitely recommend it.

Very uncomfortable small pillows on Queen bed, only one luggage cart per building, not nearly enough for customers to use, a bad wet dog smell in the elevator and inside the unit I rented, and the unit was facing the main road making it very noisy.

The hotel is conveniently located, which made it easy to get around during our stay. The staff we interacted with at check-in were friendly and polite, which was appreciated. That said, communication with the cleaning staff was a challenge as they did not seem to understand English, which at times made simple requests difficult. The property itself is quite dated, and the general maintenance inside could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. While it met our basic need for a place to sleep since we spent most of our time out exploring, the outdated condition of the facilities would prevent me from choosing to stay here again in the future.

It was spacious 3 bdroom, and staff responded timely, The residence was clean. Long distance to pool (drove) Did not like, limited hot water, no outside hall/walkway lighting, 1 chair on balcony, filthy dishwasher, dishes unclean, missing pans, big ugly plant on dining table(have pic) placed way in back at last building corner overlooking trees and other properties and paid $685.00 for that. Many little Kids unaccompanied by adults, 1 working elevator on 5th floor.

Third stay at Floridays over the past 10 years and while our family enjoyed this last stay, it was not without significant issues that had not been encountered in the past. However, the resort communicates professionally and well, and was quick to resolve the numerous concerns about the unit we had been placed in, by promptly moving our family into a clean, safe unit within 24 hours and reversing resort charges. For these reasons we would consider staying again.
