The pillows were awful! It felt like the stuffed them with socks and completely flat. I called and asked for more pillows since they said they had none. The room was EXTREMELY DUSTY. The bathroom was broken and shower wouldn’t stop leaking. So upsetting to come on vacation and pay for somewhere that can’t even offer pillows. Very disappointed with this resort.

The staff were very friendly. The cafe had a very good menu and the food was 10/10. The rooms were nice but there were a few cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed. Our room had broken door handles on the closet, not enough kitchen essentials (Which I did call for but never received). The iron was leaking water and the ironing board was broken. That’s the reason for the 3 stars.

I recently stayed at Floridays Resort Orlando for a weekend, and while the spaciousness of the unit was a plus, my overall experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I noticed that some windows had duct tape, which gave off a poor first impression. The cleanliness of the room was also a concern; the sheets were ripped and some appeared dirty, and the soap in the shower had not been replaced, which was disappointing. No paper towels for a full kitchen available. The furniture in the unit felt extremely old and flimsy, and I encountered some issues with maintenance, such as a broken garbage disposal and a bed frame that was coming apart. Noise was another significant drawback. We had our toddler with us and couldn't sleep. Despite being on the fifth floor, we could hear everything from the street below, and the windows were far from soundproof, making it difficult to relax. On a positive note, the staff was nice and accommodating, which was appreciated. However, given the state of the facilities, I won't be staying at Floridays Resort again. The hotel is in dire need of a full renovation to meet guests' expectations.

This was a really great option for our larger family. I loved that we had two bathrooms and two separate bedrooms so that everybody could have their own space. It was great to have the full kitchen suite too to prepare breakfast and dinners if we wanted. We stayed here on our first Disney trip and it was so convenient easy and comfortable after a long days at the parks! The kids really enjoyed the pool too, and it was heated so on days that were a bit chillier they were still able to enjoy!! highly recommend

The property is a little old, but the value for families is perfect. We got a 3 bedroom villa at an incredible rate and the rooms are perfectly fine for our needs. Front desk was customer-service driven. We always come back here when traveling in a group. Definitely recommend

Ac would only go to 70. No lower. Rust throughout suite in closets and on fixtures. Caulking in shower missing. Hot water in shower does not last long at all. Otherwise, room was spacious and we did have a good trip. Workers were very hospitable and kind.
