Floridays Resort is a great family destination. The property is clean, both the common areas and the rooms. Love the layout of the rooms, plenty of space for small to large families. The resort is surrounded by a variety of dining and shopping experiences, and is close to the Disney parks. This was our 3rd stay, and we had a relaxing and enjoyable time!

I really think it’s too expensive for a day an a half… I payed 5 hundred an something for a day an a half, it felt like I just got here an now it’s over did not get to enjoy the out pools because of the rain an I had. To pay for that 70 something Dollars, I really think you all should lookin into the check in time because it’s not rite for the price or people’s, check in at 4:00pm an check out at 11:00am smh that not really two days…

Our stay statted out poorly when we checked in, headed to the farthest building (f), went all the way to the top floor with all of our luggage and quickly realized we were given keys to someone else's room, when we walked in on them. We went back to the check-in counter and were offered a 30$ meal credit for our trouble. With safety a priority, I would have expected better. Cleaning of any kind (beds, towels etc) was only offered on the 4th day of our 8 day stay. We rarely had access to pool towels so we had to use our room towels. They were often out of those also or we waited 5 hours for more. Despite having a 2 bedroom unit, we could not run 2 water sources at once. There wiuld either be bo hot water, no cold water or no pressure. The master shower also had tiny bugs in it. Engineers were sent to fix our jacuzzi (wouldnt plug), dishwasher and ice machine but they still never worked. We requested a pot and bowls but the kitchen was still very sparce. Impossible to cook a meal for our group of 5. We had 4 place settings and 1 pot, a baking sheet and 2 casserole dishes. No frying pans and not enough place settings for 5 ppl let alone for a couple of meals per day without handwashing them. There were burn marks on counter tops, filthy bedroom carpets, uncomfortable beds, no duvets. Terrible!

Great location within 10-15 minutes from Disney parks, 5 mins from Aldi, Publix and behind the Vineland outlet. Check in was easy and front desk was courteous. We had an apartment in building A which was very close to the pool. The pool is great for relaxing and for kids, very large and lots to do. Towels were readily available. DJ on Friday night was good fun and played great music. The apartment itself was clean and had some unexpected bonuses like detergents and soaps. We had a three bedroom suite that was perfect for a big group. It is not new and some items such as the dishwasher could use some updating. We found door knobs to be loose. There was nothing that impacted our stay. It was great value overall and we would recommend it to friends and family.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was perfect for our family of 4. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Cleanliness was very good overall. The longest drive we had for our week stay was about 30 minutes but most attractions were less than 20 minutes. We would definitely recommend and stay again ourselves.

I was scheduled to stay here for 6 nights. We left after one night. My daughter and I were placed in the furthest building in the darkest part of the property. It was filthy, elevator, grounds, trash. I got into the room which was dated but clean. We were on the second floor. I noticed that the patio door did not lock. I called the front desk and asked if there was another room available or something that could be place behind the door because it didn't lock. I was told that someone would come up to fix it. They never showed up. Eventually I disassembled the broom and place it behind the door in order to relax enough to sleep. We checked out the next morning.
