The property was convenient to my event's location in the Orange County Convention Center. The property is expensive with very basic rooms. The door to the cabinet with the mini fridge was broken. Staff didn't replace lotion. Staff didn't empty ice bucket. Just very basic for over 350 a night.

Booking was a nightmare! Even with my confirmation email they could not find my reservation. I then got charged for my stay by Expedia and again by the Rosen hotel. I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to get it fixed. The Expedia staff were helpful but the hotel Staff from the Rosen were terribly rude.

Myself and my wife was there about 2 years ago, and we love the hotel/resort, when we stayed there 2 years ago we stayed for 3 days, recently we did a date night, just to get away, from Philly, for one day, when I told my wife we was staying at the Rosen Centre, she was so excited, I told her we need to do another date and stay longer, the staff, was very accommodating from the front desk to the bell hop, that how you run a hotel/resort, other hotel need to take a page from your resort, but perhaps they do not have the Rosen in their name Sincerely Mr./Mrs. Frierson
