Everything was amazing! The elevator options was mind blowing. Easy to use and understand. Did not have to wait long and barely had to share with other customers. The view from the balcony looking down towards the other levels was beautiful. Who ever designed the building is a genius. Would definitely come back.

Pillows were great... bed could have been more comfortable. Disappointed not to have a coffee maker in the room or at least the 8 th floor could have had complimentary coffee at least in the am. Complimentary water would have been nice to. Beautiful hotel with nice people, staff and police. Food and wine very expensive. Wonderful location.
