Rosen Shingle Creek offers 1501 air-conditioned accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and coffee/tea makers. Accommodations offer separate sitting areas. The AC vent was pointing directly at your face while sleeping causing an uncomfortable sleep. Also, this hotel did not provide complimentary water bottles in their rooms. The hotel was clean and very beautiful.

In room dining was excellent! Food tasted great! Property was clean, they had diverse dining options, you don’t really have to leave the property. The pools were clean and active throughout the day. The staff was pleasant and professional and readily available and accessible.
