The cleanliness standard was poor in this hotel, but not nearly as bad as the service. So many examples of issues. Washroom plumbing was falling apart, main areas were dirty. When I mentioned of a mess in the elevator, the staff member was rude and when I asked to speak to the manager, the manager defended this poor behaviour. Just HATED my stay here. Never again.
