Firstly, the welcome was fantastic at the hotel, all of the staff are very friendly, however we were not allowed to check-in at 2pm and in fact was 30 mins later than this which was disappointing as we had plans for later in the afternoon, the hotel needs to organise their check-in better. The room itself is comfortable and well presented with a very nice bathroom. The one downside for me is the cleanliness, the were urine stains under the toilet, and an unbelievable amount of dust on the bed frame, including very large cobwebs, not really acceptable is it? Makes you wonder how clean the place really is, especially during COVID-19.

Great hotel, the room was spacious,quiet and felt newly refurbished and the beds were so comfortable, I think I had the best nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel! The buffet breakfast was great too and very reasonable at £12 each when booked in advance. I wish there was a mini fridge in the room, but I’ve noticed a lot of 4 star hotels don’t offer this anymore. The location is good, very close to Gunnersby station and about a 10 min walk to Chiswick Park which has more regular District line trains. Chiswick high street isn’t far away which is a bit livelier than the immediate area around the hotel, and there are lots of nice cafes and shops there. I was visiting relatives nearby so the location was perfect for me, but considering how good the hotel was for the price, I would consider staying there again when visiting London in general.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal & feinem, vielseitigem Frühstücksbuffet. Etwas ausserhalb gelegen, aber man kann alles in nützlicher Frist gut erreichen.
