Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Upon arrival I had no towels in my room, after requesting one I was told they have no towels. They would not be getting any until that evening. I then had to go and ask for one again and saw many other guests doing the same.There was only one roll of toilet paper, once that was gone I called the front desk to ask for more. 2 hours later and nothing, I called reception again and there was no answer. I went down to reception and the very rude lady said they had 700 rooms and guests only get one roll. The room itself was in disrepair, the bathroom door was peeling all the way down from water damage, marks and chips out of all of the walls, huge black stain all down the side of the bath, a tv that did not work correctly, the mattresses had no fitted sheets and only a flat sheet covering them, incredibly lumpy and old pillows, and very uncomfortable beds. Horrible stay from start to finish.

We've stayed here many times, but this time it was difficult. The "executive" room was small, with small windows, the facilities were lacking - no hairdryer, 2 towels only (for 2 people), etc. They even charged a considerable sum to keep our luggage for 2 hours. The only reason for the 3 stars: value for location.

Room was very neglected, carpet didn't reach the wall, flickering lights, little to no plug sockets, not even a third of a toilet roll, bathroom door splintered and falling apart, no tea and coffee making facilities and an awful smell. The lobby is lovely but that's as far as it goes. Good location but stayed in far superior places in similar location and price bracket. Would not recommend at all.

The room was fine for a one night stay, but we had to ask to get towels for a shower as there were only hand towels in the room, and there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room - something that the hotel had provided previously, which was therefore a little disappointing. The room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable, and it is in a good location, so was good for what we wanted it for.

Room Felt Dated, with a weird lay out. Room also seemed as though it had mould spots or something on the ceiling as well as the picture that hung in the room. Would defiantly consider other hotels

Upon arrival we had to pay £10 per case to leave our luggage which I find unacceptable. The room was much more basic than expected, only 1 spare pillow for a double bed, towels were very thin, no hand towel, heating was a heater in the wall under the curtains so all the heat escaped. We complained about the hygiene at breakfast with the receptionist. They have emailed the head office but we have had no correspondence as yet. The food was mediocre and the staff we rude and standoffish.

No tea or coffee in the rooms. Charging for luggage is outrageous especially when I simply changed rooms and they charged to store the luggage until the room was ready - bad enough that they charge but dreadful when you are just switching rooms
