Horrible night shift manager and the most unwelcoming experience from a hotel. The worst ever seen from a hotel staff. They cheated on me to pay extra to upgrade to rooftop and you can easily die in the rooftop elevator. I wonder how safety British authorities have let that elevator to be running if it has permission to run. Absolutely unsafe. We had to use stairs to get to our room. Unbelievable! The only good thing about this hotel is location and the rest is a disaster and horrible experience.

The bedroom had sweets at the side of the bedside cabinet from the previous guests so the room had not been cleaned properly Also we ran out of toilet roll house keeping did not give us more toilet rolls when they cleaned the room
