Room was a great deal on Expedia - spacious and tidy. Staff were pleasant and bag storage is helpful. The only issue was the noise. Very busy corridor and we were in a room directly next to an extremely noisy lift. Creaking, clunking and wining constantly. This noise started at around 3am when people were coming back from late nights and carried on as people began to leave. Impossible to sleep through this and when giving keys back I told the desk. Apologetic but said if I had let them know they could have resolved. Not sure if moving room at 3am would have really saved the stay as the damage is already done with disruption. Shame as I struggle to see how this hasn’t been raised before l, there’s no way to have had a good nights sleep in our room and everything else is great value for money at the price I paid so a real let down. Would stay again only if I could guarantee a quieter spot in the hotel.
