It was great, but the toilet had some flushing issues in my room, and the bathtub would fill out with water having a hard time draining when showering. Since I was only staying for 1 night I didn’t say anything about it, cause I didn’t want to go through the trouble of losing time by changing room, but I feel that housekeeping should let know the front desk when there’s issues like that in a room so they don’t give it to guests until it’s repaired. The issues started as soon as I was in the room. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

Check before you go to see if there are any events planned. The event that ran during my short stay, despite its good intentions, kept the staff so busy that one could not expect them to be superhuman beings, although they tried their best.

The staff was awesome and very helpful, which made the stay much more pleasant. However, the cleanliness of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The carpets are noticeably dirty, and overall, the hotel could benefit from more thorough cleaning.
