The property has a number of related services under one roof. Fabulous location. Couldn't understand where there was not even a single seat in the room.
Great location, room and great staff. Well recommended to all.
Great location, free local bus to Heathrow. The room was nice, big TV and good bathtub to relax. Room service available all day.
very good value for London..For what you pay a good service..I paid £6 for Continenal Breakfast it was good quality. My only critiscm was it is quite new to maintain that newness touching up the paint on the plaster would enhance your rooms..But a good 9/10 and the staff were nice and helpful
The room was very smal. All the area was just a litle bigger that the bed.
Decent basic hotel very near to all terminals. Pleasant staff. Decent beds. Rooms a little small and sparse but reasonable for a budget place.
It was a pleasant and very convenient place to stay before an early morning flight.
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great from the room to the breakfast and the gym/pool. It was also great to be able to use the direct access to the O2 to attend our event, and all the staff was very professional and pleasant
We felt we could have been anywhere in the world from the moment we entered the hotel courtyard. Absolutely perfect break.
Have been before so it was as expected. Room and bed very comfortable.
