Comfortable, cool, convenient

Great hotel - friendly check-in (I was lucky and my room was ready very early). Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. All the amenities you need. Love the program where you can skip a housekeeping day for cafe credit. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we got out of our taxi and they were waiting with an umbrella , to taking our bags in for us and delivering them to our room, to the quick and friendly check in, the customer service was above and beyond the entire time!!!

Convenient, clean, adequate

Large comfortable hotel located near Marble Arch tube station. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Food is mediocre. Had to remind staff to provide sufficient towels and supplies. Tissues were not replaced. We had to take them off a housekeeping cart.

The Cumberland is a very large hotel. Rooms are nice, good bed and nice shower which is the main thing. the exec rooms nice access to a nice separate check in and lounge which is very nice. Only issue was the shower leaks into the bathroom and Ive had this before here so use the floor mat to block the water.

Well located

The check in was super easy, the room was spacious and confortable but the bathroom wasn’t very clean ( hair on the shower floor) and the soap was with some camphor so really not appropriate for shower.

Hotel, ok. Had the shower not leaked, i would not have had to mop with all towels, then would have bern able to claim the eco £10 spend per day, ( use towels again) ...
