Excellent stay with breakfast. Air con was great given the 39 C temps this weekend. We brought dog and were well received by staff. Any gripes would be that a 3 pm check in is a bit late and equally a noon check out could be shirtened to 11.30 to get a 2.30 check in. Noise involving so called music blasting from nearby venue a shame.

Poor experience. I’ve never seen anything like this in Hilton. Got 2 star service i stead of four. The problems were: 1. Crap on the toilet 2. Crap on the toilet wall 3. No brush in the toilet 4. Empty mini bar 5. No trash bin 6. Musing toilet brush The receptionist mentioned I should receive a 25% refund. I got no official confirmation however. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed because of my stay in Hilton Angel.

Overall it was an ok stay. Was on a work trip and my office was a 5 minute walk from this hotel (and I've stayed here previously) which is why I chose it. Convenient, close to metro and several bus stops, and with plenty of food/drink nearby. Will say I feel like the hotel itself has gone down a bit in cleanliness and attention to detail. To start I checked in in the morning and walked in my room and the trash from the previous guest was still in the bin in the room. I called immediately to have it changed out, and the person who answered was very apologetic and said they would change it asap, so I left within a half an hour of calling to go explore and when I arrived at night the trash was still there. I also went to use the hairdryer that night and it wasn't working, so called reception to get a new one, it took them 45 minutes to bring a new one and they only did because I called again. Turns out the new one was also broken, so they finally brough a third that worked. The electric kettle provided in the room was not the cleanest and had some visible gunk inside, I was very hesitant to use it so I just grabbed hot water downstairs whenever I wanted tea. I'm honestly not sure I would stay again, I really enjoyed the convenience of the location and the size of the room and comfort but it's feeling a bit forgotten/dirty. Also as I was leaving I overheard a guest at reception telling the person behind the counter there were moths all over the room/closet. Disappointing.

After 30 years of business travel, this is possibly the worst hotel stay of my career! 1. Thermostat is my room broke on day 1. The response from the manager: "I'll give you a fan or an extra blanket...we can't fix it". No offer of another room! 2. No hot water first thing in the morning. I guess the hot water had a hard time getting to the second floor!?3. Overall cleanliness was subpar. 4. Forget calling the front desk or housekeeping on the in room phone....it just rings...no answer...had to go to the front desk when I wanted something. Bottom line, there are better options

The location is very good .The breakfast service was poor really .There was a lack of small plates , bowls , large plates for the cooked breakfast and this service needs serious attention . Our room was comfortable , we had a superior king .We requested a quiet room which we got . Parking onsite
