The property needs some updating, i only arrived late at night and left after breakfast however in that short period of time i found the TV in my room didnt work, the shower was very slow and when using the soap dispenser it fell off the wall. The breakfast however was very good :)

The staff was really nice and obliging. The beds were comfortable and cosy. The breakfast very tasty, but the coffee was in my opinion too weak like in hospital. And the bathroom is too much used, the douche not functioned well, and the water couldn‘t barely flow away.

Mieletön sijainti. Erittäin hyvä palvelu. Siisti, pinnat vähä kulahtanu, mut ei haitannu. Hyvä ja riittävä aamiainen. Miinuksena ohuet seinät, puhe naapurihuoneesta ja liikkuminen käytävältä kuului, varsinkin iltasella, mutta onneksi hotelli oli muuten hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Suosittelen, hinta-laatu suhde kohdallaan ihan Lontoon keskustassa 😊

Hotel close to Our Meeting Venue.

Pros: Lovely staff - very helpful.
Cons: The hotel needs an upgrade & some maintenance work.
Location: We came down for a Conference on Pancreatic Cancer held at the Cavendish Conference Centre which was very close to the hotel.
Our room was clean but had a badly fitted/possibly warped entrance door which did not close properly. Consequently our TV, although turned low, offended our neighbour who shouted at us to "turn it down". We also had a similar problem with the bathroom door not closing easily.

Best holiday ever

We visited London for a city break and had the most amazing holiday. The hotel was lovely and staff were helpful and friendly. Our family room was basic and a bit cramped however was very clean and we were only in it to sleep. We had the buffet breakfast every morning which we all thoroughly enjoyed. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Great location

The rooms could do with refurbishing looking a bit dated and depressing they need an inject of colour otherwise great location and would stay again
