Only here for 2 days and The reception and bar areas of the hotel were of a good standard but the room we had was very dated. The shower had a sliding door and step to get inside…fortunately we are not large people but it would be very difficult if not impossible for larger folk to get in and out of shower! The room and bathroom were very small…no hooks to hang damp towels and no drinking glasses in the bathroom. The mini bar was empty. I found the reception and concierge staff very polite and helpful

Stayed here a few times on buisness trips with colleagues, all women. They put us all right next to each other as requested. Check in was easy and rooms were clean. Slept really well. Overall really good.

Hotel needs an upgrade

The hotel is old and needs an upgrade. The lobby is good. The staff is friendly. Noisy since we are facing the main street. Good location though for the underground.

We had asked two things from the concierge on our 2 nd day 1. For water glasses in the bathroom 2. To have someone explain the heating system as at times the room was a bit cold Neither of these small requests were dealt with. Other than these minor complaints ,we enjoyed the location and walk ability of the hotel.
