Terrible experience and not cleaning is not on spo

Terrible checkin and will never ever stay again. For Clean I would give below zero. Checkin it a room was disgusting not cleaned toilet. They moved us to secon one and then it was lower what we booked and wrong room. They moved us again to third room and it was same disgusting not cleaned toilet and then they changed us to fourth room. Yes four rooms in total and took almost one hour and fourth minutes. Buffet breakfast is very very basic and they need new chief. Not tasty and very limited options. Toilet blocked twice and need service. Only location is good but terrible place and outdated furniture . Tv remote control did not work and need battery .. Will never go back again

Great stay!

Beautiful hotel, amazing and convenient location, was upgraded to a larger more comfortable room. Check in and out was easy as it was available online. Love now that like others, this hotel offers incentives to not having your room cleaned each day such as a free bottle of wine!

The actual room had a window facing a wall, was never clarification on “interior” and other types of rooms, was told there would be a bottle of wine and there wasn’t, complimentary water was provided only twice during duration of 4 night stay.

We were upgraded for a price of corse, no hand towels or wash clothes, curtains wouldnt shut, all kinds of holes in them. Hard to understand lobby desk employees. Blow dryer was in hallway and had to sit to use, very awkward. Overall location was perfect, bar staff,and coffee shop was absolutely wonderful. We would stay here again
