Great location right next to attractions, unique rooms that are fairly roomy, but I was disappointed with the attention to detail and room service food was awful. The hand soap dispensers were empty, staff was quite rude if you even had a chance to talk to them. The janitors / housekeepers were the only friendly staff.

Ask on several occasions to attend the room to supply batteries for the TV remote told us they were on the way then never came, had to leave the TV on all night as we could not get to the plugs to turn it off so had to leave the background light on the TV all night, witch then lead to a long disturbed night with little sleep, to ask the question again in the morning and still no attention so in total told would be attending 3 time,

This place is in a great location, that of course comes with the price tag. The hotel has this programs (eco) where you don’t get service to your room, to save water. But the cleaning lady still entered the room in the morning… which was weird. None of the plugs worked for us, even with the adapters, and the light system was a bit complicated, I never had the lights I wanted on, without turning on others… When we got in bed the first night, there was a sticker/tag on it, that seemed to come from someone else. This made me a bit earie about the sheets not haven’t been changed…

This hotel is located in a great place for seeing all of the major sites in London. I will say that there are not many food options within direct distance of the hotel and it took a lot of searching to figure what was in the area for breakfast and dinner. The hotel is clean, comfortable and staff were great. Would recommend.

Loved my stay here! The location is amazing right next to the London eye. Very walkable and easy to get to. Next to the train station. Staff is nice and very helpful. Will definitely be staying here on my next trip to London.

The hotel staff at check in are very quick to try and upsell better rooms and other things. However, when a challenging situation like Heathrow being closed due to a fire, a staff member on reception was less than helpful and made no attempt to find a room or provide the option to remain in the same room. In the end, a room at another hotel in another suburb was found. I will not be staying in this hotel again.
