I have stayed with you many times, but this check in took a long time after a long day with two younf children, There was an issue allocating our room and we had to wait a while to find our booking and suitable made up ready room even though we booked several weeks before.

It is a lot different to when i last stayed in 2019. No more separate toiletries in the room. They are now bottled fixed to the wall. Room was comfy and clean and staff very friendly but some of charges for extras are extortionate - £6.50 for a 3 egg omlette at breakfast and you need a mortgage if you need any clothes washed. Nowhere near as good as it used to be

Super competitive price for such an excellent, central location. Staff were fantastic too - professional and helpful. Decor in room is a little outdated/acquired taste but minor personal taste point. Offered everything else you’d need, bed pretty comfy too. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.
