Checking in took 20 mins. I have never had to spend this amount of time at check in for a pre arranged booking. Problems every day with room keys which meant the long wait at reception whilst others were checking in or out. Good location for exploring and rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff were everywhere, hostile, one walked through my girlfriend on exiting the building. 10 staff speaking to me while leaving the building.. too much. Make a queue for reception, just so it is ovbious!
