What I liked was that it was Close to transportation and close to where I needed to be. Furniture and hotel seems outdated. Bathroom had floor tiles that were loose and needed repairs

Horrible hotel - do not recommend

The elevators were broken, the fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night for no reason. We had dead bugs in the room and black mold in the bathroom. The water wouldn’t drain in the tub and the water pressure of the shower was abhorrent - the shower head was half disassembled. Overall this was a horrible experience and I would never recommend this hotel to any9’e.

Bedding was filthy, pillows were filthy, Fridge didn’t work, bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Overall the basics were not delivered how the hotel has a 4 Star rating is laughable.

The hotel laid out our room lovely as it was our anniversary, the only disappointment was the breakfast wasn’t very warm and we couldn’t get the heating/ air con working properly and also the tv only seemed to work on one channel

Helpful staff..

The first room we stayed at was facing the main road so it was horribly noisy and the blinds were very thin. Didn’t get any sleep. The staff were very responsive to our request and we moved rooms to an inner facing room which had black out blinds and had a lovely restful second night
